This product is used for the production of primary, intermediate filter equipment, used to clamp the decorative strip in the filter.This machine is fully automatic type, only need to clamp the decorative strips, the conveyor belt of the propulsion equipment with the sensor will clamp and fix the decorative strips in the filter

Driven by pressure and assisted by mechanical linkage gear, grinding tool, step motor and double photoelectric sensor, the machine can clamp stripes easily , quickly and efficiently.

HEPA filters are made of very fine glass filaments, less than 1 micron in diameter (1 micron is 0.00004 inches, 0.001 mm). In comparison, a human hair is about 75 microns (0.003 inches, 0.07 mm) in diameter. Fine glass filaments are entangled and compressed to form a filter mat. Since the individual threads are so tiny, most of the cushion is made up of air. The openings in the mat are very small, typically less than 0.5 microns (0.00002 inches, 0.0005 mm). The HEPA filter collects particles as small as 0.3 microns (0.00001 inches, 0.0003 mm) in diameter. Although the filter may only be 0.10 inches (2.5 millimeters) wide, it is composed of 2,500 layers of glass filaments.
